What we provide

SelfAssessment.io offers self-report questionnaires about personality, relationships and traits associated with autism, ADHD, anxiety and depression. Answering is free. Full scored reports are available as a single purchase or with full access.

Not medical advice

Our questionnaires and reports are for information and self-reflection only. They are not a diagnosis, they are not medical or psychological advice, and they do not replace an assessment by a qualified professional. Do not start, stop or change any treatment based on a result. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

Prices and payments

Payments are processed by Whop. A single report for one test costs US$17, charged once.

Full access gives you full reports for every test while it is active. The 7-day option costs US$1.95 for the first 7 days. The 28-day option costs US$9.99 for the first 28 days. Both then renew automatically at US$9.99 every 28 days, charged to the same payment method, until you cancel.

The price and renewal terms are shown before you pay. Your bank may add currency conversion fees, and taxes may apply where required by law.

Cancelling full access

You can cancel anytime in your Whop account under Orders. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. You receive an email before a trial renews. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Accessing your reports

A single report has a private link. Anyone with the link can open it, so keep it to yourself if you want your results private. With full access, sign in with the Whop account you used at checkout to see your reports.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or republish our questions, reports or site content, and do not try to disrupt the site, access other people's reports or get around payment.

Our content

The reports, illustrations and text on this site belong to SelfAssessment.io unless stated otherwise. Standard questionnaires such as the GAD-7 and PHQ-8 belong to their authors. Published studies we cite belong to their authors and publishers, and the institutions we cite are not affiliated with us.

Limits of our responsibility

The site and reports are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a result, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you make a purchase.
