Questions about this test

What are the Big Five personality traits?

Openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and neuroticism, often remembered as OCEAN. Each is a spectrum, and no position on it is better or worse.

Is the Big Five better than Myers-Briggs?

Researchers prefer the Big Five because it measures traits on a continuous scale and gives more consistent results when people retake it.

How is it scored?

Each trait has four statements. Your answers are converted to a 0 to 100 score per trait, where 40 to 69 is the middle range.
